Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mighty account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is factory reset to protect your data and pack it securely in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement device within 3-5 business days.
